Since launching, we've meticulously analyzed shopping patterns and customer feedback to continuously refine our in-store app, creating an innovative and seamless shopping experience that adapts to each customer's preferences.

WHAT I HAVE WORKED ON
1. I designed and took ownership of the end to end omni channel shopping experience, which allows customers to purchase items on Amazon.com and pick up in Amazon style store (BOPIS). With this program implemented, we are looking to increase sales by 2.5%.
2. Redesigned the Product Information Card based on extensive customer data analysis to streamline product evaluation and discovery. The enhanced interface simplifies item assessment while intelligently surfacing related and complementary products, creating a more intuitive shopping experience.
