Hi, I am Cicy, a UX designer based in Los Angeles, with a passion to build human-centric designs that will do good in people's lives.

I come from a strong background of project management, business analysis, and CX (customer experience) consulting. With my years of client-facing experience, I've learned how to communicate my thought process clearly and concise - this is extremely important in design communication as well.
After managing projects from Financial Services to Tech industries, I know the importance of meeting business objective while staying in budget. This helps me to consider every aspect of a design project in addition to the design requirements.

These experiences set a solid foundation for me to approach design in a holistic way. I excel working with cross-functional teams, and believe collaboration and effective communication is the key to a successful team.

Outside of design, I love traveling around the world to refresh my mind and find inspirations. I also love podcasts, reading, cats, and willing to go very far for good food.
